Pirvelads is a digital subscription-based streaming platform providing access to sports broadcasts, highlights, and related sports content across supported devices ("Pirvelads Service").
The Pirvelads platform and applications are operated by Pirvelads LLC ("Pirvelads", "we", "us").
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store applications are provided by Pirvelads LLC.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play applications or certain web-based services may be processed by Brand Creators Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pirvelads Service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with these Terms you must not use the Pirvelads Service.

3. Description of Service
The Pirvelads Service provides streaming access to sports broadcasts, highlights, schedules, and related sports media content ("Content").
The Pirvelads Service is intended solely for personal and non-commercial use.
The Pirvelads Service may include live events, recorded broadcasts, highlights, or other sports-related content.

4. Content Availability and Licensing
Content availability may change without notice.
The Pirvelads Service provides access to sports broadcasts supplied by third-party content licensors, rights holders, and media providers.
Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. do not guarantee the availability of any specific sporting event, match, team, competition, broadcast, league, or channel.
Certain content may be added, removed, modified, restricted, or replaced without notice due to licensing agreements or regulatory obligations.
Content availability may vary depending on geographic location, broadcasting rights, licensing restrictions, device compatibility, and technical limitations.
Users acknowledge that access to specific sports events or broadcasts cannot be guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
The Pirvelads Service may include content supplied or licensed by third-party rights holders.
Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. do not own all content distributed through the Pirvelads Service and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, or quality of third-party content.
Content providers and licensors may change, remove, or restrict content at any time without notice.

6. Streaming Quality Disclaimer
Streaming quality may vary depending on internet connection, device capability, network congestion, and third-party infrastructure providers.
Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, error-free service, or consistent video quality.
Temporary interruptions or buffering may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Subscriptions
Access to the Pirvelads Service requires an active subscription.
Subscription plans, pricing, and features may change from time to time.
Promotional offers, discounts, or free trials may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms.

8. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
By subscribing you authorize the applicable billing entity to charge your payment method automatically for recurring subscription fees.
Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing for the next billing period.

9. Payments
Payments may be made through credit card, debit card, Apple App Store billing, Google Play billing, or other supported payment methods.
Apple App Store subscriptions are billed through Apple and provided by Pirvelads LLC.
Google Play subscriptions or certain web subscriptions may be processed by Brand Creators Inc. as merchant of record.
Access to the Pirvelads Service may be suspended if payment authorization fails.

10. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or platform policies, subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the Pirvelads Service has been granted.
Refund requests may be denied where the service has already been accessed.
If subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund decisions may be governed by the policies of those platforms.

11. Account Use and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Accounts are intended for personal use only.
Sharing login credentials outside your household or reselling access is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that display suspicious activity including excessive simultaneous streams or automated access.

12. Geographic Restrictions
Certain content may be restricted in specific territories due to licensing agreements.
Use of VPN services or proxy technologies to bypass geographic restrictions may result in suspension or termination of access.

13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Pirvelads Service remain the property of Pirvelads LLC, Brand Creators Inc., or their licensors.
Users may not reproduce, redistribute, record, broadcast, or commercially exploit the Pirvelads Service or any content made available through it.

14. Service Modifications
Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or content of the Pirvelads Service at any time.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund except where required by law.

15. Third-Party Platforms
If you subscribe through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms your billing relationship may also be subject to that platform’s terms and policies.
Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. are not responsible for billing decisions, payment failures, or refund determinations made by third-party platforms.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits or loss of data.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Pirvelads Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. Force Majeure
Pirvelads LLC and Brand Creators Inc. shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

18. Age Requirement
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to use the Pirvelads Service.

19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of the Pirvelads Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
